Returns
We will not accept returns for refunds. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on reservedrow.com for EVEN EXCHANGE ONLY.
Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, no returns.
Exchanges
We’re unable to process exchanges for swimwear that has been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. and with sanitary strips in place. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.
Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, you can email us and ship order back for EXCHANGE ONLY.
Uneven Exchanges: We are not offering exchanges for merchandise of a different price.
Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll issue you a store credit. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the availability or you may pick another item with the same price.
