RESERV|D ROW is exclusively sold online at reservedrow.com  and at our showroom. Be the first to know about new collections, restocks, special offers and more by signing up for emails here. 

 

Once an order is placed on our site please allow 3 - 5 business days, please allow processing before your item is shipped (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Your order will be shipped via USPS with tracking number.

 

Yes, as long as items are unworn with hang tag attached.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs which we understand can happen. Please advise us of this as soon as you get your order and you see the damage so we can fix ASAP. After 7 days from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may exchange it for another item by emailing us at info@reservedrow.com and our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
